SUBSTANCE: aim is to increase effectiveness of apparatus, to simplify its control and to decrease power consumption. Aim is realized due to the fact, that apparatus for treatment with liquids of capillary-porous particles has pumping-in unit, pipes of phases contacting, joint of initial components loading ad good products unloading. Pipe of phases contacting is made in the form of in series connected members of Venturi type tube, loading joint is made as ejector with feeding of solid and liquid phases in zone of low pressure, and unloading joint has chamber with movable filtering partition. In the case angle of opening of converging part of members of Venturi tube type is in limits from 10 deg to 40 deg and of diffuser part - in limits of 4 - 20 deg. EFFECT: increased effectiveness of apparatus, simplified its control, decreased power consumption.

Технический результат изобретения - повышение эффективности устройства, упрощение управления им и снижение удельных энергозатрат достигается тем, что в устройстве для обработки жидкостями капиллярно-пористых частиц, содержащем нагнетатель, трубу контактирования фаз, узлы загрузки исходных компонентов и выгрузки готовых продуктов, труба контактирования фаз выполнена в виде последовательно соединенных элементов типа трубы Вентури, узел загрузки представляет собой эжектор с подводом твердой и жидкой фаз в область низкого давления, а узел выгрузки - камеру с подвижной фильтрующей перегородкой, причем угол раскрытия конфузорной части элементов типа трубы Вентури лежит в пределах от 10 до 40°, а диффузорной в пределах от 4 до 20°.The invention relates to apparatus for carrying out processes for treating capillary-porous particles with liquids, for example, impregnation, washing, extraction and leaching, and can be used in chemical, chemical-pharmaceutical, food, wood-chemical, hydrometallurgical and other industries.
