Abstract

FIELD: electrochemistry. SUBSTANCE: claimed composition makes it possible to obtain chrome films with low resistivity. Electrolyte comprises chromic anhydride, sulfuric acid, saccharose and distilled water. The electrolyte further comprises hydrofluoric acid, boric acid and chromium chloride. The electrolyte comprises the following ingredients (g/l): 500-600 chromic anhydride; 18-20 sulfuric acid; 8-10 saccharose; 100-115 hydrofluoric acid; 3-10 boric acid; 4-5 sodium chloride; and the distilled water balance. EFFECT: improved properties of the chrome plating electrolyte.

Claims (1)

The invention relates to the field of electrochemistry, in particular to electrolytes for producing chromium coatings on silicides 3 d of transition metals (Mn Si 1.75 ; CoSi; FeSi 2 and others) and low resistance silicon. The composition allows to obtain chromium films with low resistivity of the boundary region of the chromium-semiconductor. The electrolyte contains chromic anhydride, sulfuric acid, sucrose and distilled water. Additionally, hydrofluoric acid, boric acid and sodium chloride are introduced into the electrolyte. The electrolyte has the following ratio of ingredients, g / l: chromic anhydride 500 - 600; sulfuric acid 10 to 20; sucrose 8-10; hydrofluoric acid 100 -115; boric acid 3 to 10; sodium chloride 4 to 5; distilled water the rest.
