Сущность изобретения: формируют опорный синусоидальный сигнал Yt с частотой исследуемого сигнала Хt, в определенные моменты времени t1,t2, соответствующие серединам полуволн опорного и исследуемого сигнала соответственно, для фиксированного фазового сдвига Fо одновременно измеряют мгновенные значения этих сигналов, а значение постоянной составляющей Хo определяют в соответствии с математическим выражением: Хо = (Хt1Yt1 - Хt2Yt2) / (Yt1-Yt2).
