Claims (1)

Устройство для получения асимметричной бочкообразной рабочей поверхности колец относится к отделочным операциям и может быть применено для притирки поршневых колец со сложной рабочей поверхностью. Устройство состоит из штока 1 с зафиксированным на нем посредством двух шайб 2 и гайки 3 пакетом колец 4, контактирующего с притирочной гильзой 5. Новым в устройстве является выполнение образующей притирочной гильзы 5 в виде двух усеченных конусов 6 и 7, сопряженных усеченными вершинами. Причем отношение высот конусов 6 и 7 пропорционально величине смещения вершины бочкообразной поверхности от середины к торцу кольца:
