Abstract

FIELD: fire-fighting equipment. SUBSTANCE: gas generator has case with device for flow out of gas which includes filter and plug with opening membrane, gas-generating and gas-permeable substance, ignition system. Gas-generating substance is placed along axis of case and is composed of two layers of material which cannot burn independently without air atmosphere without additional source of heat and rests against bushing in the form of sleeve with cuts for gas release. Bushing is positioned in case on side of plug. Material of each layer of gas-generating substance includes same components but in different proportions. Outer layer of gas-generating substance is presented in the form of cylinder. Inner layer fills axial duct of cylinder and has cavity equal to 0.7-0.8 cavity of outlet layer. Two-layer filter is located coaxially to gas-generating substance and has inner layer made of low permeable material and outer layer - of highly permeable material attached to case which is plugged on side of ignition system by cover. Использование: в противопожарной технике. Сущность изобретения: в газогенераторе, преимущественно для огнетушителей, содержится корпус с устройством для выхода газа, включающим фильтр и пробку со вскрываемой мембраной, газопроницаемое генерирующее вещество, систему воспламенения. Газогенерирующее вещество расположено вдоль оси корпуса, выполнено из двух слоев материала, не имеющего возможности самостоятельного горения вне атмосферы воздуха без дополнительного источника тепла, и опирается на втулку в виде стакана с прорезями для выхода газа. Втулка расположена в корпусе со стороны пробки. Материал каждого слоя газогенерирующего вещества включает одинаковые компоненты в несовпадающих соотношениях. Наружный слой газогенерирующего вещества представлен в виде цилиндра. Внутренний слой заполняет осевой канал цилиндра и имеет плотность 0,7 - 0,8 плотности наружного слоя. Двухслойный фильтр размещен коаксиально газогенерирующему веществу и имеет внутренний слой из малопроницаемого материала и наружный - высокопроницаемый слой, который скреплен с корпусом. Корпус заглушен со стороны системы воспламенения крышкой.Usage: in fire fighting equipment.
