Карбамид получают из NНз и CO2 при 185-200oС в двух независимо действующих зонах синтеза, в которых поддерживают давление (МПа) и мольное отношение NНз:CO2 в следующих пределах: в первой - 18-23 и 4-4,5, во второй - 14-15,5 и 2,8-3,5 соответственно. Свежие NНз и CO2 подают только в первую зону. Карбамат аммония в плаве синтеза карбамида из первой и второй зоны синтеза разлагают соответственно в первой и второй зонах разложения при давлении, равном давлению во второй зоне синтеза. Процесс во второй зоне разложения осуществляют в токе CO2, а в первой зоне разложения - в токе газов из второй зоны разложения.
