Предложен способ получения биотинмеченных олигонуклеотидов путем взаимодействия биотинсодержащего реагента с аминогруппой спейсера, предварительно введенного в олигонуклеотид, при этом в качестве биотинсодержащего реагента используют 4-сульфо-3-нитрофениловый или сульфотетрафторфениловый эфир биотина, а процесс ведут в водном растворе.
