Automated laser technological complex is positioned on mobile carrier fitted with supporting gear. Cutter is equipped with drive for horizontal translation, position and angle sensors, switches. First optical joint with drive is placed between supporting rotary gear and arm, second optical joint is installed between arm and forearm. First rhomb-prism and second rhomb-prism are put into hinge suspensions. Device to cool laser and mirrors is additionally provided with heat exchanger "liquid-liquid". Изобретение относится к оборудованию для резки крупногабаритных объемных конструкций, например резки корпусов судов. Автоматизированный лазерный технологический комплекс (АЛТК) содержит технологический лазер, оптический модулятор, состоящий из опорно-поворотного устройства, плеча и предплечья с встроенной конструкцией оптико-механического тракта в виде набора ромб-призм и резака, устройство подачи сжатого газа в зону резки, устройство электропитания, систему управления комплексом и вспомогательную систему жизнеобеспечения комплекса. Новизной АЛТК является размещение его на подвижном носителе, снабженном опорным устройством, резак снабжен приводом продольного перемещения в горизонтальном направлении, датчиками положения и угла, выключателями. Между опорно-поворотным устройством и плечом установлен первый оптический шарнир с приводом, между плечом и предплечьем установлен второй оптический шарнир со своим приводом. При этом первая и вторая ромб-призмы установлены в шарнирные подвески, устройство охлаждения лазера и зеркал дополнительно снабжено теплообменником жидкость-жидкость. In this case, the first and second rhombus-prisms are mounted in articulated pendants, the laser and mirror cooling device is additionally equipped with a liquid-liquid heat exchanger. Such a constructive solution allows you to create a mobile complex of simplified design.
