Abstract

The fore-arm rest is coupled to the spring-screw mechanism by means of cylindrical hinges. Claims (1)

Устройство для лечения травм верхней конечности относится к медицинской технике и предназначено для проведения закрытой репозиции отломкой костей предплечья и плеча при переломах и удержания их в репонированном положении после сопоставления при наложении гипсовой повязки, а также для устранения вывихов костей предплечья и плеча. С рамой устройства подвижно с возможной фиксацией соединены плечедержатель и ходовой винт, связанный с кистедержателем. Ходовой винт установлен на подвижной каретке с подземным приспособлением. Связь кистедержателя с ползуном ходового винта выполнена шарнирной с элементами упругой связи и возможностью фиксирования кистедержателя в пространстве в трех угловых положениях. Плечедержатель выполнен в виде раздвижных обечаек с элементами регулировки. Имеется регулируемая опора в виде подставного столика вне конструкционной связи с другими элементами устройства, также приставка в виде упоров для предплечья и грудной клетки, связанная с пружинно-винтовым механизмом двустороннего действия. С последним упор для предплечья соединен с помощью цилиндрических шарниров.
