Abstract

FIELD: medical equipment and biophysics. SUBSTANCE: apparatus is designed to be used in experimental medicine for tissues functional state determination. Apparatus has high frequency oscillator 1 and low frequency oscillator 2, electronic switch 3 and current stabilizer 4. Sinusoidal current from oscillators 1 and 2 through switch 3 and current stabilizer 4 is fed to current electrodes. Alternative voltage prod 5 potential electrodes is fed to input of wideband amplifier 6. Amplified tension from amplifier output is fed to electronic switch 7, operation of which is synchronized by switch 3 using synchronizing pulses oscillator 8. At switch 7 low frequency and high frequency signals are separately detected by rectifiers 9 and 10 and are fed to competitor 11, from output of which signal, that is proportional to electrical conductivities ratio, is fed to input of indicating unit 12. EFFECT: increased accuracy of measurements and decreased time of measurements. 1 dwg

12.The invention relates to the field of biophysics and medical technology and can be used in experimental medicine and in a clinic to determine the functional state of tissues and organs, in particular, viability. The device allows you to directly measure the "polarization coefficient" of biological tissues, that is, the ratio of low-frequency and high-frequency impedance and by its value to judge the functional state of the tissue. Improving accuracy and reducing measurement time is achieved by using a four-electrode circuit and automatic switching. In the device with generators of high 1 and low frequency 2 through an electronic switch 3 and a current stabilizer 4, a sinusoidal current is supplied to the current electrodes. The alternating voltage from the potential electrodes of the probe 5 is fed to the input of the broadband amplifier 6. The amplified voltage from the output of the amplifier is supplied to the electronic switch 7, whose operation is synchronized by the switch 3 using the clock generator 8. At the output of the switch 7, the low-frequency and high-frequency signals are separately detected by rectifiers 9 and 10 and arrive at the device of comparisons 11, from the output of which a signal proportional to the ratio of the conductivities is fed to the input of the display unit 12.
