Description

The utility model relates to packaging for smoking articles. For simplicity, various smoking articles (in particular, cigars, very small cigars, so-called cigarillos, cigarettes) are named cigarettes in the description.

The well-known "Packaging for cigarettes" RU 19521 [1], containing a rectangular box with a hinged lid, characterized in that from the opposite end of the box the perforation is made on the back wall, either cuts or perforations on the side walls, and on the front wall - either embossed or perforated.

A disadvantage of the known packaging is the complexity of manufacture and the possibility of contact between the fingers of a smoker and microorganisms of the atmosphere with a filter of cigarettes.

Closest to the claimed technical solution is “Packaging for smoking articles” RU 2203206 [1], consisting of a pack, a certain number of smoking articles contained in this rigid pack and a layer of protective material that wraps the pack and which forms an airtight seal covering it from all sides .

A disadvantage of the known packaging is its low hygiene due to the arrangement of cigarettes with filters to the opening part of the package (see, for example, FIG. 1, FIG. 9). During manipulations, the smoker contacts his fingers with the filters of cigarettes, which leads to bacterial and viral contamination of the filter and increases the likelihood of smoker's diseases from harmful bacteria and viruses when the cigarette filter is further placed in the smoker's mouth.

The technical result of the proposed utility model is to increase hygiene, increase the degree of protection of smoking accessories from direct contact with open parts of the body (for example, fingers and lips) of smokers who have access to an open group container of smoking accessories, and also reduce the harmful effects of the environment.

The technical result is achieved in that a group of cigarettes with filters in a protective shell, consisting of at least five cigarettes with parallel longitudinal axes, cut ends with filters located in one plane and cut ends with open tobacco in another plane, enclosed in a protective shell with a device for opening it, characterized in that the device for opening the protective shell is located between the plane of the cut ends with open tobacco and the plane passing through the middle lengths of all cigarettes in groups e.

The proposed group of cigarettes with a filter in a protective shell is shown in figure 1 (General view), where:

The proposed group of cigarettes with filters due to the special location of the device for opening the protective shell 7 allows you to prevent pathogenic bacteria and viruses from getting on the cigarette filters 2. The consumer opens the pack of cigarettes, making efforts to the device for opening, while the shell is torn in the area of the device, for example, strong (compared to the sheath material) tape. A smaller part of the shell is easily removed, opening for manipulation that part of the pack on the side of which there was an opening device.

Since the device for opening the protective shell 7 is located between the plane of the cut ends with open tobacco 5 and the plane passing through the mid-lengths of all cigarettes in group 8, the cigarette filters 2 remain protected by the protective shell 6 from the penetration of dirt and pathogenic bacteria. Preventing pathogenic bacteria from getting onto cigarette filters, in turn, prevents the above bacteria, germs, and other infections from getting into the smoker's mouth. This circumstance significantly reduces the ingress of bacteria and viruses into the smoker's body, which, in turn, reduces the likelihood of a smoker suffering a disease associated with an infectious etiology. This provides protection from the harmful effects of the environment and increases the degree of protection of smoking accessories from direct contact with exposed parts of the body (for example, fingers and lips) of smokers with access to an open group container of smoking accessories.

Pollution during the manipulations required to consume cigarettes (removing cigarettes from a pack, placing it in the smoker's mouth) of the proposed group of filter cigarettes falls on part of the cigarette with open tobacco, since the part of the cigarette on which the filter is located is not accessible for manipulation and the smoker is forced to take a cigarette by part with open tobacco. Contaminants falling on a part of an open tobacco cigarette burn out when smoked without harming the smoker's health. The absence of contamination of the part of the cigarette directly placed in the mouth of the smoker (cigarette filter) leads to increased hygiene of product consumption.

The color of the tape may differ from the color of the sheath to facilitate orientation when gripping the tape.
