Изобретение относится к области медицины, в частности к офтальмологии при лечении десцеметоцеле. Цель предлагаемого способа - сохранение и восстановление целостности и прозрачности роговицы, повышение остроты зрения, уменьшение числа осложнений, сокращение сроков лечения и затрат на медицинское обслуживание больных. Поставленная цель достигается растворением в 10%-ной суспензии тиреоидина сухой лиофилизированной плазмы крови до консистенции меда и нанесением полученной диологической массы на пораженные участки роговицы до полного их покрытия 2-3 раза в сутки в течение 3-5 суток до полного закрытия дефекта.The invention relates to medicine, in particular to ophthalmology in the treatment of descemetocele.
