Изобретение относится к обработке металлов давлением, в частности к способам холодной объемной штамповки точных заготовок фланцев, которые широко используются для соединения трубопроводов в энергетических, химических, нефтяных и других установках. Способ включает установку кольцевой заготовки в полость матрицы на оправку и деформацию заготовки осадкой с помощью кольцевого пуансона и отличается тем, что сначала воздействуют на периферийную область заготовки внешним кольцевым пуансоном, осуществляя осадку в диапазоне степеней обжатия 30 - 40%, затем, сохраняя усилие внешнего пуансона, внутренним кольцевым пуансоном деформируют прилегающую к отверстию зону заготовки при уровне удельных нагрузок 1000 - 1300 Мпа, после чего, сохраняя усилие внутреннего пуансона, осуществляют гидропластическую раздачу отверстия в диапазоне степеней деформации 15 - 20%.
