Способ относится к области технологии фторидов лития и бора. Целью изобретения является создание более технологичного и экологического способа производства тетрафторида бората лития. Сущность метода заключается в том, что в качестве исходного материала используется боргидрид лития, который обрабатывается безводным фтористым водородом при постоянно возрастающих температуре от 20 до 100oС, концентрации фтористого водорода в газовой фазе в течение времени не менее 1,5 ч с последующей выдержкой полученного продукта при 180oС в течение не менее 2 ч.The method relates to the field of lithium and boron fluoride technology.
