The invention relates to the field of engineering and can be used on machines with internal combustion engines (ice), equipped with a liquid cooling system. This goal is achieved by the fact that when the internal combustion engine is operating at ambient temperatures above +25 o C, the coolant is heated to operating temperature and fed to the radiator, partially evaporated, steam is sent to the condenser and condensed, the condensate is fed to the evaporator and evaporated the evaporator, the temperature is lower than the ambient temperature, the vapor from the evaporator is fed to the coolant inlet into the notch space and condenses when absorbed with coolant. The application of the invention allows to increase the operational capabilities of the cooling system by using the latter to produce cold on machines with internal combustion engines for subsequent air conditioning in the cabin during operation in hot climates.
