Область применения: химическая, газодобывающая, нефтедобывающая промышленность и другие отрасли промышленности. Сущность изобретения: путем облучения ленты из полиолефина осуществляют термоориентацию и термофиксацию ленты путем ее нагрева, а на модифицированную и активированную ускоренными электронами нагретую ленту наносят слой расплавленного герметика. Модификация ленты может быть осуществлена одновременным облучением с двух ее сторон.
