Разработан способ приготовления гранулированного механически прочного ванадийтитанового катализатора для получения муравьиной кислоты окислением формальдегида в неподвижном слое. Катализатор готовят смешением раствора оксалата ванадила с диоксидом титана, распылительной сушкой, термообработкой при 400 - 500oС, дезагрегацией, гранулированием в присутствии связующего и повторной термообработкой при 200 - 550oС. Катализаторы, приготовленные описанным методом, характеризуются высокой активностью и селективностью по муравьиной кислоте, составляющей 89 - 93% при степени превращения формальдегида 93 - 96%.A method has been developed for the preparation of a granular, mechanically strong vanadium titanium catalyst for the production of formic acid by oxidation of formaldehyde in a fixed bed.
