The invention relates to the technique of electrical measurements and can be used to control electrical circuits. The invention allows to expand the functionality of the device by providing an assessment of the resistance of the tested electrical circuit. The device contains input contacts for connecting the circuit under test, two resistors, one of the terminals of which is connected to indicators, such as LEDs, which provide an indication of the presence of voltage between the points of the circuit under test, the nature of the voltage and its polarity. The anode of the first LED is connected to the cathode of the second LED, the cathode of the first LED is connected to the first make contact of the operation mode switch, the second contact of which is connected to the positive terminal of the power supply. Three resistors form the three arms of a four-shoulder resistive bridge, the fourth shoulder of which is formed by the first two resistors and input contacts, the first of which is connected to another output of the first resistor, and the second to the negative output of the power supply. The first vertex of the bridge power diagonal is connected to the cathode of the second LED, through the sixth resistor to the inverting input of the differential amplifier and through the seventh resistor to the pn-r-p base of the transistor. The inverting input of the differential amplifier is connected to the first terminal of the capacitor, the second terminal of which is connected to the negative terminal of the power supply, and to the output of the differential amplifier. The second vertex of the measuring diagonal of the bridge is connected to the non-inverting input of the differential amplifier and through the eighth resistor to its output. The output of the differential amplifier is connected via a ninth resistor to the emitter of the pnp transistor, the collector of which is connected to the negative terminal of the power supply, and to the npn base of the transistor whose emitter is connected to the negative terminal of the power supply, and the collector is connected to with the first switch contact.
