Конструкция заявляемой оптической системы позволяет улучшить качество изображения микроскопа за счет усовершенствования оптической схемы осветителя, в котором использован телецентрический ход лучей. Оптическая схема состоит из коллектора, в переднем фокусе которого помещен источник света, согласующей системы, которая состоит из трех компонентов и конденсора, в задней фокальной плоскости которого расположен объект.
