Цель изобретения - вовлечение в сырьевую базу для производства силуминов электролитическим способом отходов производства и снижение затрат на их производство. Для этого предлагается в качестве алюминий-кремнийсодержащего сырья использовать золу ТЭЦ, образующуюся после сжигания бурых углей, а восстановление полученного тонкодисперсного сырья осуществлять в электролизере в присутствии криолита. Добавку золы производят в пределах 0,5-80 мас.% от общего количества сырья, содержащего окислы алюминия и кремния. Имеющиеся в золе примеси не являются вредными для всех марок силуминов, а железо в количестве 0,8-1,3% является легирующей добавкой для деформируемого силуминового сплава АКЧ.The invention relates to the production of aluminum-silicon alloys.
