Пневматический вибровозбудитель относится к вибрационной технике и может быть использован в вибротранспортирующих машинах, например в угольной, горнорудной промышленности, а также в промышленности стройматериалов. Для повышения надежности и снижения шума при работе вибровозбудителя в нем содержатся цилиндр с днищем и каналами для впуска и выпуска рабочей среды, крышка и разделяющий цилиндр на камеры прямого и обратного хода, поршень, снабженный штоком, проходящим через отверстие в днище, и имеющий перепускные каналы, и центральное отверстие с радиальными каналами, соединяющими камеру прямого хода с каналом впуска рабочей среды с отверстиями в штоке для выпуска рабочей среды из камеры обратного хода, при этом камера прямого хода имеет большую эффективную длину, чем камера обратного хода. Соотношение этих длин находится в пределах 1,2 - 3, а отношение площадей торцового сечения поршня к площади торцового сечения штока составляет 0,03 - 0,33. Предлагаемый вибровозбудитель более долговечен по сравнению с другими, так как в нем практически исключен удар поршня о корпус при обратном ходе.
