Известно, что складирование угля на аварийных и промежуточных складах с формированием штабелей с помощью штабелеукладчиков сопровождается высокой запыленностью атмосферы в районах дислокации объектов. Для снижения пылевыделения при складировании и переработке угля предлагается в месте падения сыпучего материала при формировании штабелей локализовать пылевой факел и создать микроклимат, позволяющий применить гидрообеспыливание при низких температурах атмосферного воздуха.
