- Электрохимический способ анализа карбидно-хромовых материалов используется в химической промышленности, химическом и нефтехимическом машиностроении, порошковой металлургии при производстве и применении термодиффузионнохромированной стали и изделий из карбидов хрома. Сущность изобретения: способ включает анодную поляризацию в щелочи, определение электрохимических параметров, по которым судят о составе карбидов. При послойном анализе поляризацию ведут при постоянном потенциале, соответствующем потенциалу перепассивации, с прерыванием для определения количества хрома и железа в продуктах растворения; в качестве электрохимического параметра, по которому судят о составе карбидов, используют плотность тока и ее зависимость от времени поляризации, а по результатам химического анализа продуктов растворения вычисляют толщину слоя и степень легирования карбидов хрома железом.
