Изобретение относится к области каталитической химии,в частности к составу и способу приготовления цеолитсодержащего катализатора синтеза алифатических аминов C1 - C5. Катализатор состава, мас.%: AlPO4 6 - 21; MgO 0,3 - 1,4; цеолит HNaY 9,5 - 15,5; каолин 10,0, Al2O3 - остальное получают смешением гидроксида алюминия с азотной кислотой (как пептизатор), предварительно приготовленной активной добавкой оригинального состава и каолином в соотношении 4 : 5 : 1 соответственно с последующим формованием, сушкой и термообработкой. Такой способ приготовления катализатора позволяет создать набор определенных типов активных центров и оптимальную пористую структуру. Катализатор предназначен для аминирования спиртов или эфиров C1 - C5. В частности, в процессе газофазного аминирования эталона или диэтилового эфира он обеспечивает общую конверсию, большую или равную 95%, селективность по аминам, большую или равную 92 %.The invention relates to the field of catalytic chemistry, in particular to the composition and method of preparation of a zeolite-containing catalyst for the synthesis of aliphatic amines C 1 - C 5 . In particular, in the gas-phase amination process of a standard or diethyl ether, it provides a total conversion, greater or equal to 95%, selectivity for amines, greater or equal to 92%.
