Предлагаемое изобретение относится к аналитической химии (непрерывный проточный анализ) и может быть использовано для одновременного автоматизированного определения содержания ионов кальция и магния в различных объектах: природных водах (жидкость) почвенных вытяжках (для характеристики засоренности почв), геологических и биологических образцах. Предложенный способ состоит в том, что пробу смешивают с потоками эриохромового черного Т и аммиачного буферного раствора, проводят фотометрическое детектирование суммарного содержания ионов кальция и магния, после чего к потоку добавляют поток этилендиаминтетраацетата магния и проводят фотометрирование ионов магния. Отличие предложеного способа состоит в том, что пробу смешивают с потоками эриохромового черного Т и аммиачного буфера, проводят детектирование суммарного содержания ионов кальция и магния, после чего к потоку добавляют поток этилендиаминтетраацетата магния и проводят детектирование ионов магния. Таким образом, предложенный способ позволяет проводить одновременное определение ионов кальция и магния из одной пробы без разделения и характеризуется хорошей воспроизводимостью, селективностью и высокой производительностью. The proposed method extends the capabilities of the high-speed flow analyzer RFA-300 (Alpkem, USA), designed to conduct one-component definitions.
