Сборная дисковая фреза относится к обработке материалов резанием, в частности к дисковым фрезам со вставными зубьями. Корпус фрезы состоит из трех соединенных между собой дисков, средний из которых меньше по диаметру двух боковых и образует открытую по периферии кольцевую канавку. Зубья вставлены в гнезда, при этом боковые выступы закреплены при помощи заклепок с боковыми стенками кольцевой канавки, а задние выступы закреплены при помощи заклепок, проходящих через отверстия задних выступов и отверстий, выполненных в корпусе фрезы на линиях, проходящих через центр фрезы между опорными стенками и уступами гнезд, при этом упорные поверхности зубьев контактируют с уступами гнезд.Combined disc milling cutter refers to the processing of materials by cutting, in particular to disc cutters with inserted teeth.
