The invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used in secondary power sources as a switching element in resonant converters with switching at zero current. The essence of the invention is to provide automatic current-free switching and increase the maximum allowable rate of voltage rise on the private key. This is achieved by the fact that the current winding of the current transformer of the magnet-transistor switch (MTC) is connected to the emitter of the power transistor, the second output of which serves as the first power output of the MTC. The control winding is connected to the base of the power transistor through the first capacitor, shunted by a threshold element that limits the charge of the capacitor during the flow of the base current. The second capacitor connects the base of the transistor to the first power output. As the second power output of the MTC serves as the collector output of the power transistor, and the input of the MTC serves as the starting winding. Such a connection of the elements of the MTC leads to its automatic shutdown when the switching current passes through a zero value. At this moment, the base-emitter junction of the power transistor turns out to be reverse-biased due to the charge accumulated on the first capacitor, and the second capacitor retains this shift at the moments when the voltage pulses with steep fronts are applied to the MTC.
