Цель изобретения: расширение функциональных возможностей при повышении точности измерений. Сущность изобретения: производят сравнение входного исследуемого сигнала с опорным синусоидальным сигналом, при этом в определенные моменты времени (wt) для различных фазовых сдвигов между этими сигналами определяют модули отношений мгновенных значений двух сигналов, усредняют полученные значения, умножают усредненное значение на величину абсолютного среднего опорного синусоидального сигнала, а значение абсолютного среднего исследуемого сигнала определяют как корень квадратный из суммы квадрата полученного произведения и квадрата среднего значения исследуемого сигнала.
