The sensor can be used in seismic logging equipment. The sensor contains a housing with holes for electrical leads and a piezoelectric element in the form of a thin-walled radially polarized ceramic cylinder, the conductive surfaces of which are connected to electrical leads. The piezoelectric element is placed inside the base of the compound and has a through longitudinal groove along the generatrix of the cylinder. The properties of the compound and ceramics are selected so that their thermal expansion coefficients are equal, and the elastic modulus of the compound is significantly less than the elastic modulus of the ceramic. An acoustic wave is transmitted through the base to the wall of the piezoelectric element, causing elastic deformation. As a result of the piezoelectric effect, charges of the opposite sign arise on the inner and outer conductive surfaces of the piezoelectric element, the density of which is proportional to the magnitude of the deformation. The electromotive force arising in the piezoelectric circuit is transmitted through the electrical leads to the measuring transducer. The invention allows to increase sensitivity, expand the frequency range and simplify the design of the pressure sensor.
