Claims (1)

Использование: каталитическая химия, в частности производство катализаторов для процесса получения N-изопропил-N'-фенил-n-фенилендиамина восстановительным алкилированием N-аминодифениленамина ацетоном. Катализатор получают соосаждением солей меди и алюминия или хрома при постоянном pH 6,0 - 8,0 и постоянной температуре 40 - 85oC. Полученный при этом гидроксокарбонат меди-алюминия или хрома со структурой типа гидроталькита подвергают терморазложению при 250 - 350oC. Получают катализатор с атомным отношением медь : алюминий или хром (+3) = (0,6 - 0,9) : 1.Usage: catalytic chemistry, in particular the production of catalysts for the process of obtaining N-isopropyl-N'-phenyl-n-phenylenediamine by reductive alkylation of N-aminodiphenyleneamine with acetone. The catalyst is prepared by coprecipitation of copper and aluminum or chromium salts at a constant pH of 6.0 - 8.0 and a constant temperature of 40 - 85 o C. The resulting copper-aluminum or chromium hydroxocarbonate with a hydrotalcite type structure is thermally decomposed at 250 - 350 o C. A catalyst is obtained with an atomic ratio of copper: aluminum or chromium (+3) = (0.6 - 0.9): 1.
