Изобретение относится к области нефтеперерабатывающей, химической нефтехимической промышленностям, конкретно - к способам фракционирования мазута. Изобретение решает задачу увеличения отбора и улучшения качества дистиллятных фракций, получения высококипящей дистиллятной фракции и тяжелого остатка. Для решения поставленной задачи в способе фракционирования мазута, включающем нагрев его и ввод в вакуумную колонну, снабженную контактными устройствами в укрепляющей и отгонной секциях, с вводом циркуляционных орошений и выводом из укрепляющей секции дистиллятных фракций и с низа колонны-остатка, отпарку легких фракций из остатка на контактных устройствах отгонной секции испаряющим агентом, вводимым в низ колонны, согласно изобретению жидкость, стекающую с нижнего контактного устройства укрепляющей секции, подают в отгонную секцию, не смешивая с остатком, осуществляют отпарку легких фракций из нее на контактных устройствах отгонной секции попеременно с остатком, используя тот же испаряющий агент, и выводят после отпарки из колонны в качестве высококипящей дистиллятной фракции.The invention relates to the field of oil refining, chemical petrochemical industries, specifically to methods for the fractionation of fuel oil.
