Electrocontact vacuum heat chamber is used for drying of porous-fibrous products that do not withstand the effects of high temperatures. Objective: the creation of a drying chamber that allows to achieve a high degree of dehydration of the material with high performance of the drying process. Essence: electrocontact vacuum heat chamber contains a heat-insulating body consisting of a fixed base and a movable upper case. On the base there is a flat electric heating element, and an electric heating element is fixed on the casing. An upper contact plate with concentric grooves on the free surface connected to the vacuum pump is connected to the upper heating element. A lower contact plate is installed on the heating element, on the free surface of which there are grooves in the shape of an Archimedes spiral, the beginning of which is connected to the compressor. On a tangent to the outer coil of the spiral, at least two branching grooves are made to discharge hot air from under the end of the workpiece into the chamber. When drying products in a heat chamber, they use the effect of heating, purging, and also a vortex effect.
