Сущность изобретения заключается в том, что перед составлением полимеризационной смеси определяют количество функциональных винилсилоксановых и гидридсилоксановых групп в исходных компонентах, исходя из полученных значений составляют реакционную смесь, обеспечивая содержание этих групп по 50%, перемешивают компоненты 1 - 15 мин при Т=30-60o, после чего полимеризуют смесь 250 - 60 мин при Т = 60 - 200o в металлической пресс-форме с чистотой поверхности 12-го класса, далее охлаждают, извлекают и стерилизуют имплантат гамма-лучами.
