The strain relates to medical virology and can be used in the production of live intranasal influenza vaccine for the prevention of influenza in children. The essence of the invention: vaccine strain A / 47 / Beijing / 353/89/591 (H3N2) obtained by recombination of the epidemic virus A / Beijing / 353/91 (H3N2) with an attenuation donor cold-adapted by strain A / Leningrad / 134/47/57 / (H2N2). The strain has a hemagglutinating activity of 1: 256, infectious activity of 7.75 - 8.0 1g EID 50 / 0.2 ML (chicken embryonic doses). It is characterized by temperature sensitivity and cold adaptation. The genome of strain A / 47 / Beijing / 353/89/5 (H3N2) includes 6 genes (1,2,3,5,7,8, encoding the polymerase complex proteins, nucleoprotein, NS and M genes) from the attenuation donor A / Leningrad / 134/47/57 (H2N2), and the genes encoding hemagglutinin and neutralinidase, from an epidemic virus. Genes 1,2,5,7 and 8 have mutations inherited from the donor attenuation. Strain areactogenic and immunogenic for children.
