Пневматическая мачта состоит из нижней обоймы телескопических секций и дополнительной верхней обоймы телескопических секций. Внешняя секция нижней обоймы выполнена с диаметром, превышающим диаметр секции верхней обоймы. Оттяжки верхнего яруса мачты прикреплены к центральной секции верхней обоймы, а оттяжки нижнего яруса - к секции нижней обоймы, жестко соединенной с секцией верхней обоймы. Для монтажа пневматической мачты ее обоймы, жестко соединенные одна с другой внешними секциями, устанавливают в вертикальное положение и закрепляют оттяжками нижнего яруса. Затем во внутреннюю полость мачты подают сжатый воздух и выдвигают секции верхней обоймы, после чего закрепляют оттяжки верхнего яруса и освобождают оттяжки нижнего яруса. При этом секции нижней обоймы под давлением сжатого воздуха выдвигают вверх (вместе с секцией нижней обоймы выдвигается и соединенная с ней секция верхней обоймы), обеспечивая складывание секций верхней обоймы вверху мачты. Закрепляют оттяжки нижнего яруса и освобождают оттяжки верхнего яруса, при этом секции верхней обоймы под давлением сжатого воздуха выдвигают вверх. Закрепляют оттяжки верхнего яруса - монтаж окончен. Fix the delays of the lower tier and release the delays of the upper tier, while the sections of the upper casing under the pressure of compressed air push up. Fix the delays of the upper tier - installation is over. Dismantling is performed in the reverse order.
