Изобретение заключается в создании штамма-продуцента Bacillus thuringiensis H-8 ВНИИ генетика 16-816 (ВКПМ В-6306), синтезирующего кристаллический белковый эндотоксин, обладающего высокой специфической активностью против жесткокрылых насекомых; в создании биоинсектицида "Колорадо" на основе штамма Bacillus thuringiensis Н-8 ВНИИ генетика 16-816. Препарат обладает высокой эффективностью против жесткокрылых насекомых и эксплуатационными качествами, экологически безопасен из-за отсутствия термостабильного экзотоксина.The invention relates to biotechnology, in particular to methods for producing entomopathogenic preparations for controlling coleoptera, in particular with the Colorado potato beetle and pyavitsa.
