Изобретение решает задачу повышения эффективности стерилизации объектов как из металла, так и из диэлектрического материала, в том числе выполненных из термочувствительных материалов и запаянных в упаковки. Это достигается тем, что стерилизацию объектов осуществляют низкотемпературной плазмой путем подачи в рабочую камеру кислородсодержащего газа с одновременным воздействием на объект высоковольтным импульсным напряжением, причем низкотемпературную плазму получают с помощью импульсного объемного разряда емкостного типа, формируемого в пространстве между диэлектрическими барьерами, под действием импульсов напряжения на электродах камеры амплитудой не менее 104 В, со скоростью нарастания напряжения не ниже 108 В/с и частотой повторения импульсов 1 - 104 Гц. Новым в способе является то, что низкотемпературную плазму формируют в объемном импульсном разряде емкостного типа под действием напряжения амплитудой не менее 104 В, со скоростью нарастания напряжения не ниже 108 В/с и частотой 1 - 104 Гу.The method relates to the technology of sterilization of objects and can be used in medicine for the sterilization of medical instruments and materials in the food, chemical and biotechnological industries.
