The method for isolating mononuclear cells from human blood is as follows: 6 ml of whole, anticoagulant-stabilized blood is layered on 3 ml of the mixture (1 h of 76% vegragraphin and 4 h of 3.75% polyvinylpyrrolidone), then centrifuged at 400 d for 30 min After centrifugation, a layer of mononuclear cells is sucked off with a Pasteur pipette (a dense cloud above the mixture). The isolated cells are washed once with not less than fourfold excess of the nutrient medium, then the mononuclear cells are concentrated by centrifugation at 400 g for 10 minutes.
