Изобретение относится к области микробиологической очистки почв, загрязненных нефтью и нефтепродуктами, и может быть использовано в охране окружающей среды. Цель: ускорение биодеградации нефтяных углеводородов при низких температурах. Способ включает обработку поверхности почвы водной суспензией бактериальной культуры Rhodococcus erythropolis Е-15 в смеси с минеральным удобрением - нитроаммофоской или нитроаммофоской и натриевой селитрой. Водную суспензию готовят в растворе одной трети требуемого количества нитроаммофоски, остальное количество удобрений вносят в сухом виде.
