The circuit for increasing the DC voltage relates to electrical engineering and can be used as a secondary power source. The circuit for increasing the DC voltage contains a pulse generator comprising transistors T1, T2, resistors R1, R2, R4, capacitor C1 and inductor DR, decoupling diode D1, storage capacitor C2 and a negative feedback circuit including an ohmic voltage divider containing resistors R5, R6, Zener diode D2 and a DC amplifier containing transistors T3, T4 and resistor R3. The emitter of transistor T1 is connected to the positive terminal of the power source, and the collector is connected to the negative terminal of the power source through resistor R2, the emitter of transistor T2 is connected to the negative terminal of the power source, the collector is connected to the base of transistor T1 through a series-connected capacitor C1 and resistor R4, with a positive terminal of the power source through the inductor DR and with a negative terminal of the power source through a series-connected diode D1, included in the forward direction, and to capacitor C2. The ohmic voltage divider is connected in parallel to capacitor C2, the cathode of Zener diode D2 is connected to an ohmic voltage divider, the anode is connected to the base of transistor T3, the emitter of which is connected to the negative terminal of the power supply and the collector is connected to the positive terminal of the power source through the resistor R3. The emitter of the transistor T4 is connected to the negative terminal of the power source, the collector is connected to the base of the transistor T1 via the resistor R1, and the base is connected to the collector of the transistor T3. The increase in voltage occurs due to the occurrence of self-induction voltage of the inductor DR when the transistor T2 is closed. Stabilization of the output voltage is provided by controlling the duration of the open state of the output transistor T2, which determines the amount of energy accumulated by the inductor DR, which ensures a sufficiently high efficiency circuit. This is also facilitated by the operation of the output transistor T2 in the key mode. The duration of the open state of the output transistor is controlled by the signal generated by the negative feedback circuit.
