После отделения надосадочной жидкости ее подвергают стерилизующей фильтрации. Стерильный фильтрат концентрируют в 5,5 раз методом ультрафильтрации через пористый материал с пределом разделения 1000 - 5000 Д и подвергают очистке в трехкратном объеме подщелоченной до рН 9,0 - 10,0 воды. Очищенный концентрат снова концентрируют в 2 раза на том же пористом материале и подвергают стерилизующей фильтрации.
