Устройство для регенерации адсорбента от газообразных примесей относится к регенерации сыпучих фильтрующих материалов. Изобретение обеспечивает повышение эффективности работы устройства за счет равномерного разогрева адсорбента во всем объеме без его разрушения. Устройство включает в себя вакуумный теплоизоляционный корпус, заполненный жидким азотом, внутри которого расположен сосуд с адсорбентом, соединенный с магистралью подачи газовой смеси и вакуумным насосом. Внутри сосуда установлен нагреватель, представляющий собой магнетрон, соединенный через волновод с согласованной нагрузкой и работающий в диапазоне частот 300 мГц - 300 гГц.A device for the regeneration of the adsorbent from gaseous impurities refers to the regeneration of bulk filter materials. The invention provides an increase in the efficiency of the device due to the uniform heating of the adsorbent in the whole volume without its destruction.
