Устройство относится к области хранения сыпучих материалов, а именно к устройствам для предотвращения образования сводов в процессе выгрузки материала из бункеров стационарных и мобильных средств. Для упрощения конструкции и повышения эффективности работы устройства для разрушения сводов сыпучего материала в бункерах устройство содержит подвешенную в центре бункера упругую спираль, изогнутую по внутренней боковой поверхности бункера. Внутри спирали расположена вертикальная штанга, подвешенная на пружине. Верхний виток спирали жестко закреплен на штанге, регулируемой по высоте и фиксируемой втулкой, а нижний виток спирали закреплен на штанге подвижной втулкой. В нижней части штанга заканчивается упором, препятствующим соскальзыванию втулки со штанги.The device relates to the storage of bulk materials, namely, devices to prevent the formation of arches in the process of unloading material from the bunkers of stationary and mobile equipment.
