Предложен способ лечения заболеваний и повреждений опорно-двигательного аппарата, при котором на зону поражения воздействуют сверхнизкочастотным электромагнитным полем, задают частоту, длительность сеанса облучения и количество сеансов. Лечение проводят прерывистым пространственно-однородным полем, частоту устанавливают в выбранном диапазоне и монотонно уменьшают ее от сеанса к сеансу. Амплитуду устанавливают в выбранном диапазоне и монотонно уменьшают ее от сеанса к сеансу. Посылку поля устанавливают в форме трапеции, состоящей по времени из трех участков одинаковой длительности, каждый из которых - передний фронт, площадка и задний фронт, выбран в заданном диапазоне, а паузы между трапециями устанавливают равными сумме длительности переднего фронта, площадки и заднего фронта. Лечение проводят до достижения выраженного лечебного эффекта.
