При взрыве плиты поворачиваются в замковых соединениях в пределах их зазоров, при этом нижние концы плит приподнимаются на некоторый угол за счет растяжения компенсатора, образуя горизонтальные щели, что нормализует давление внутри сооружения без его разрушения.
