Устройство относится к области сбора и удаления промышленных отбросов и прочего мусора и может быть использовано, в частности, при создании контейнеров для транспортировки и хранения токсичных промышленных отходов. Для обеспечения целостности герметизирующего элемента при любой загрузке и выгрузке контейнера различными по форме и виду промышленными отходами с последующей его транспортировкой и необходимым сроком хранени предусмотрено размещение герметизирующего элемента, например, полиэтиленовой пленки, одной стороной по внутренней поверхности всего контейнера, покрытие другой стороны пленки защитной вставкой, выполненной, например, из пенопласта, антикоррозионная стойкость которой к агрессивной среде наполнителя выбирается соответственно сроку хранения промышленных отходов данного класса, а толщина этой вставки определяется по зависимости δ = K•T•n где K - коэффициент потери толщины материала вставки в зависимости от класса отходов; T - время хранения промышленных отходов; n - число раз оборачиваемости контейнера.The device relates to the field of collection and disposal of industrial waste and other debris and can be used, in particular, when creating containers for transporting and storing toxic industrial waste.
