Изобретение может быть использовано в системах получения питьевой воды из конденсата атмосферной влаги таких гермообъектов, как орбитальные станции, космические корабли, подводные сооружения и т.д. Изобретение позволяет увеличить ресурс каталитически-сорбционной регенерационной системы по получению питьевой воды из конденсата атмосферной влаги при одновременном улучшении качества воды путем использования для окисления недиссоциирующих органических примесей конденсата до диссоциирующих, а также обеззараживания конденсата и получения питьевой воды металлоуглеродного катализатора, содержащего металлы платиновой группы и посеребренного активного угля. Система обеспечивает очистку смеси "конденсат-транспортирующий воздух" от механических и химических примесей при одновременном окислении органики в фильтре газожидкостной смеси и в реакторе, сепарацию конденсата из смеси в разделителе, часть поверхности капиллярно-пористых гидрофильных трубок которого покрыта платиной, а часть серебром, при этом выработка ресурса разделителя контролируется датчиком на основе гидрофобной капиллярно-пористой пластины и измерителя перепада давления, а сепарирующая секция разделителя выполнена съемной. Обеззараживание воды обеспечивается также контактным стерилизатором в блоке очистки и при пастеризации воды в блоке раздачи. Блок раздачи системы обеспечивает рекуперацию тепла, идущего на пастеризацию воды, а конструкция канала нагревателя исключает смешение пастеризованной и непастеризованной воды.
