Устройство содержит связанную со сборочным конвейером каретку с неподвижной штангой и связанный с ней механизм фиксации, включающий основание, а также подвижную штангу, что создает возможность поворота изделия из горизонтального положения в наклонное. Штанга соединена одним концом с основанием механизма фиксации с помощью оси качания и снабжена на противоположном конце роликом, взаимодействующим с копирной направляющей, а неподвижная штанга связана посредством оси качания с основанием, обе штанги связаны между собой промежуточным шарнирным звеном, при этом механизм фиксации содержит установочные упоры для взаимодействия с наклонными трубами рамы изделия и зажимной элемент. Использование устройства позволяет увеличить плотность складирования, а также повысить производительность на сборочных операциях. The bar is connected at one end with the base of the fixation mechanism by means of the swing axis and is provided at the opposite end with a roller interacting with the cam guide, and the fixed bar is connected by means of the swing axis with the base, both bars are interconnected by an intermediate hinge link, while the fixation mechanism contains mounting stops to interact with the inclined tubes of the product frame and clamping element. The use of the device allows you to increase the density of storage, as well as improve performance on assembly operations. In addition, when designing new productions, such storage reduces the overall length of the assembly line, since its part decreases, serving the warehouse area, and this leads to a direct reduction in capital costs.
