Использование: в машиностроении, на нефтяных и газовых промыслах, а также в системах питания двигателей внутреннего сгорания. Сущность изобретения: газовый сепаратор содержит корпус, входной патрубок с запорным конусом, ротор турбины с постоянными магнитами электрической машины и обмотками, установленными в корпусе. На выходе из турбины размещен рассекатель, перфорированный диск и металлическое кольцо, соединенное с положительным полюсом клеммной коробки. На днище корпуса установлен электрический нагревательный элемент. Выходной патрубок очищенного газа сообщен с кольцевой полостью. Корпус соединен с отрицательным полюсом клеммной коробки электрической машины. В корпусе выполнены патрубки отвода газового конденсата и патрубок отвода дренажа.Usage: in mechanical engineering, in the oil and gas fields, as well as in the power systems of internal combustion engines. The inventive gas separator comprises a housing, an inlet pipe with a locking cone, a turbine rotor with permanent magnets of an electric machine and windings installed in the housing. At the exit of the turbine is placed a divider, a perforated disk and a metal ring connected to the positive pole of the terminal box. An electric heating element is installed on the bottom of the housing. The outlet pipe of the purified gas is in communication with the annular cavity. The housing is connected to the negative pole of the terminal box of the electric machine. Gas condensate drain pipes and a drain pipe are made in the housing.
