Изобретение относится к способу получения катализатора, проявляющего высокую активность и стабильность в процессе диспропорционирования канифоли. Катализатор представляет собой палладий на углеродном носителе с содержанием палладия 1,5 - 2,5 мас.%, с преимущественной толщиной активного слоя 10 - 50 мкм у внешней поверхности гранул, в котором частицы палладия имеют преимущественный размер 2 - 8 нм и локализованы в порах с размером, превышающим в 1,5 - 2,5 раза размер этих частиц. Получение катализатора с подобными свойствами достигается тем, что в качестве предшественника металла используют нитрат палладия, его нанесение проводят из водного раствора с содержанием азотной кислоты 6 : 1 - 1 : 1 ( мольн. ) по отношению к палладию, а для повышения производительности катализатора, его удешевления и сокращения длительности операций сушку нанесенной соли ведут в токе воздуха при 110 - 130°С, разложение нанесенного нитрата проводят в токе инертного газа при 200 - 300°С, а восстановление - в водороде при 150 - 250°С.The invention relates to a method for producing a catalyst exhibiting high activity and stability during the disproportionation of rosin.
